Topic – ACA Update/Debrief on “Repeal and  Replace” – What to Anticipate Going Forward

Join us May 23rd for an update on the Affordable Care Act and the efforts to “repeal and replace” the ACA with the American Health Care Act (AHCA). We’ll discuss the recent House vote on the AHCA and what to expect now that the bill is in the Senate’s hands. We’ll also review the latest regulatory guidance relevant to employers and discuss whether any administrative relief may be forthcoming, given the President’s previously released Executive Order on the ACA. We’ll also cover the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch as the newest Supreme Court justice and what that may mean for some upcoming cases the Court may hear.
